Aldergrove Starfish Pack Program
The Starfish Pack Program started as a pilot project as a response to kindergarten students who were coming to school on Monday hungry. Starfish provides backpacks with 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, and snacks to these students each weekend of the school year. Aldergrove Rotary’s Starfish Program Donations are now being accepted through the Langley Rotary Clubs Foundation.

About the Seamus Gee Legacy Project
The Seamus Gee Legacy Project was started by Langley resident and father, Mike Gee, after Seamus' unexpected passing in 2019, at the age of 16. The Seamus Gee Legacy Project is committed to honouring Seamus’ memory and helping provide a stronger and healthier community for youth and families through a variety of initiatives.

Support Best Babies Programing

Encompass Support Services Society has been offering our Best Babies program for almost 30 years. This essential service offers individualized support during pregnancy and up to three months after baby’s birth. The support is specific to the needs of each birthing parent, by providing information about health and lifestyle, assistance during this transitional time, home visits, and access to community resources.

With recent changes to funding received for this program, the team has been working hard to find ways to continue providing these important and well used services.
