Youth Street Outreach
The Youth Street Outreach program offers outreach services to youth throughout Langley who are in need of connection to community resources, at risk of homelessness or those at risk of sexual exploitation.
Youth Housing Placement and Support
The Youth Housing Placement and Support Program offers support to youth who are experiencing any barriers to housing, who are at risk of being homeless, or are currently homeless. The outreach worker works closely with youth aged 12-24 and their support teams to reduce barriers and to help find safe and stable housing.
Hub Outreach Services (NEW!)
The Langley Youth Hub collaborated with our Youth Street Outreach program to deliver as many of our services as we could in an outreach capacity, meeting youth in their home communities. Our outreach services helped youth build positive connections, access basic needs, connect to community resources, find safe housing and access substance use supports.
