What to Expect
Whether we receive a referral from a professional or we receive a phone call from you, one of our Clinical Counselling staff will answer any questions that you may have during the initial phone call. Our staff make sure that this program is suitable for your needs; and, if needed, we refer to other agencies. During this call, our staff will book an intake appointment with you at our counselling office located at 20622 Eastleigh Crescent in the City of Langley.
At the intake appointment, one of our Clinical Counselling staff will sit down with you to go over some basic information that we require for our file and for our funders. We also go over our Consent to Services Form, Confidentiality Agreement and our Participant Handbook with you. You will then be placed on our waitlist until a space in the program becomes available. Your counsellor will then contact you to make an appointment to begin your sessions.
